Acritec Kobe Drop-In Bathtub – 65” × 31¾” – Adjustable Lip

The Acritec Kobe is a rectangular drop-in bathtub available with a 1", 2", 3", or 4" lip height to accommodate different deck thicknesses. Constructed from high-quality cast acrylic with uniform composition and colour throughout, fully backed with fiberglass and wooden reinforcement at key stress points. Available with optional Acritec air and water jet systems.

Installation Requirements

• Drop-in installation — requires a pre-built deck or platform to support the tub rim
• Adjustable leveling feet — tub must rest level on all feet for proper drainage
• Drain and overflow not included — consult specification sheet for drain size and rough-in
• Faucets not included
• Acrylic surface — avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads

• Ships LTL freight from Langley, BC
• Wooden crating required — boxing fee applies
• Liftgate and residential delivery surcharges apply where required

Warranty & Returns

• 10-year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects from date of purchase (residential)
• Applies to original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized Acritec dealer
• Acritec will repair, replace, or refund at their discretion up to the original purchase price — does not include transport, removal, or reinstallation costs
• Not covered: shipping or handling damage, misuse, improper installation, alterations, freezing, chemical corrosion, improper water chemistry, normal wear and tear, colour fading
• Inspect on delivery — all freight damage must be reported to the carrier immediately; installing a damaged product voids the warranty
• Manufacturer’s defects must be reported to Acritec before installation
• To submit a claim: email RGA@acritec.com with proof of purchase, model number, description of defect, and photos
• Returns: These are large freight items shipped to order — no returns for change of mind or incompatibility with existing space. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about fit.
