1. Secure Your Inventory & Custom Wood Crating

When you complete your purchase on primebathsource.com, your card is NOT charged immediately.

We place a temporary, authorized hold on your payment method. This secures your items within the factory inventory queue and initiates the preparation of your order. To guarantee your heavy structural fixtures arrive damage-free, all large items undergo specialized heavy-duty wooden crating at the factory (cost included in the list price).

If you choose to cancel your order during the subsequent freight quoting phase, this authorization hold is released immediately at zero cost to you.

Our logistics team will source the most competitive LTL freight quote based on your exact delivery address within 1 business day and email you a secure checkout link for the shipping balance. Once paid, your order ships.

2. Arrange Your Own Freight (Alternative Option)

Have your own corporate shipping account or preferred carrier? Proceed through checkout to secure your items and initiate factory wood crating, then simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will provide the final skid dimensions and crating weights so your logistics team can issue a Bill of Lading (BOL).

3. Local Warehouse Pickup (Alternative Option)

If you wish to pick up directly from our fulfillment warehouse, complete checkout to lock down your inventory. Reply to your order confirmation email to request a pickup, and we will coordinate a scheduled pickup window once the factory wood crating is complete (typically 1–2 business days).
